FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS TO RETURN/EXCHANGE YOUR ORDER WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECEIPT:
PLEASE NOTE:

Tools: When returning an item it must be undamaged and in its original packaging.

Tools services or repaired: When returning please send protected in suitable packaging intact.

We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges if a product is returned that is misused or damaged in anyway.

Please return your purchase personally unless otherwise arranged with management of CHTool.

Please ensure you return your unworn goods in a 100 percent unused, fully re-salable condition, with tags attached and invoice or receipt, within 30 days of purchase.

If goods are returned by post, courier or your representative CHTool does not accept responsibility for any damage to which occurs during return delivery.
All goods will be inspected on return.

It can usually take up to 7 days for your refund/exchange to be processed from receipt of the returned Tools. This typically takes 5 working days, although this may vary during busy periods, including sale periods. We will endeavor to process your refund as quickly as possible.

You will receive an e-mail once your refund or exchange has been processed.

We endeavor to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable, damaged or worn condition, we will reject your return request.
